Shipping & delivery

Enjoy free delivery nationwide on all our products. We exclusively utilize premium courier services for our shipping, so your item will arrive safe and sound within 2-3 working days. To guarantee that the product has been received properly, the delivery guy may ask for your signature on the parcel receipt. Please double-check your address and phone number, since we will not be able to modify your address after the item has been delivered. In the event of first unsuccessful effort to deliver your purchase, a courier boy will attempt to deliver your item once again. Customers are asked to give functional phone numbers to ensure collaboration in case of any address concerns.

RETURN

We ensure to carefully deliver your order at your doorstep however defective products or incorrect orders will be accepted for return. Product would not be exchangeable:

• If it's not in its original state (e.g., tags, packaging, or accessories are missing)
• it is defective due to use.
• if the time limit for exchanging or returning items has passed.

"Hamzi Luxury Wear" is not obligated to swap products in the scenario of a minor color variation or texture that happened as a result of the varied lighting effect of different digital displays. No item can be exchanged at any authorized Retail/Distributor outlet if it's ordered online.

If you want to exchange a defective order please contact our customer service at info@hamziluxurywear.com or WhatsApp us images of defective products at +92 312 2192222 within 7 days of purchase and we’ll gladly entertain you through the whole exchange process.

Once damage claims on a product have been verified and approved, you will get an exchange equal to the price of the returned product within 14 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable thus are not covered by our return policy.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any moment prior to receiving the confirmation email. You will get email confirmation once your purchase has been dispatched, along with your product details and courier tracking number. Return & Exchange policy takes effect as soon as the product is shipped and you will not be able to opt for order cancellation then.

Company reserves right to cancel any order anytime for following reasons:

• The item is currently Out of stock.
• Pricing error.
• Restricted area shipping address.
